1. As a first-time user of your website, how do I contact you if I need help with a new booking or existing booking ?

Kindly mail us at info@jamaltravels.com or call or WhatsApp us.

2. How do I select my preferred seat for my trip?

Currently, seat selection is not part of the online booking flow. A large majority of Airlines allow seat selection only during online check-in. Kindly contact us if you need assistance with this seat selection request.

3. How do I modify a booking done online?

Currently, our website does not support online modification and cancellation. Please get in touch with the agency to modify the booking/Ticket.

4. How do I cancel a booking?

Currently, we are not supporting Online cancellation. Please contact the agency; we will initiate cancellation/refund procedures after checking the booking details. You will receive a confirmation call or e-mail.

5. I have made the booking online; when will I receive my ticket or voucher?

The system does not support instant Ticket or Voucher issuance. Once the payment procedures are completed, our consultants will email you the e-Ticket or Voucher. We are easily reachable; feel free to contact us if you need any information.

6. Can I book online and pay at your office?

Book Now and Pay Later is supported. Once a booking is completed, you will receive a call or email from one of our consultants, who will guide you through the steps. You have the option to pay at any of the Jamal Travel offices. Soon Payment link option, followed by online payment, will be introduced.

7. For Tour Packages, is it Instant booking or a reservation request?

Packages, Tours, and Activities Bookings are made offline. Once the payment procedures are completed, the reservation details and vouchers will be emailed to you.

8. What is the refund procedure?

The refund process is neither automated nor can be done online. Please get in touch with the agency.

9. How to reissue an existing booking, and how can the difference be paid?

Change and Reissue services are only provided via our Travel Consultants. You can contact any of our branches.

10. What is VAT? Is it included with the total indicated?

VAT is the indirect tax on the use of goods and services mandated by the UAE government and is applied per law. Unless specified, the rates included are VAT inclusive.

11. What is the refund timeframe?

In General case, a refund process takes around ten working days. Once a refund is initiated, we will update you on the time it takes.
